Pain Points & Opportunities
UX Audits provide a comprehensive, evidence-based review of the user experience of a product and its usability problems.
Audits can provide early problem detection and help to boost user satisfaction, improving conversion rates and lower customer support costs.

Audits combine a set of evaluative research methods such as usability testing, heuristic evaluation, journey map and information architecture review. These methods allow to dive deep into existing usability problems, defy existing bias and identify design opportunities based on user feedback. Audits can be done at any point of the development stage of a product.
