I have spent the past decade understanding people through roles in fashion and design research.
Over the past 5+ years, I have supported organisations across luxury fashion, education, public safety, food & beverage, and the automotive sector. As a user researcher, I help startups and product teams reduce uncertainty, validate assumptions, and make confident product decisions, whether shaping early product strategy or improving existing experiences.
